To participate in the counselling process, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Qualified WBJEE 2025 with a valid rank.

2. For Architecture – Must have qualified NATA 2025.

3. For Pharmacy – Must have WBJEE rank (JEE Main rank not accepted for B.Pharm).

4. Must have passed 10+2 (Science stream) with the minimum qualifying marks as prescribed.

📝 Step-by-Step WBJEE Counselling Process 2025

Step 1: Online Registration

Visit the official WBJEE counselling portal: https://wbjeeb.nic.in

Register using WBJEE 2025 roll number, name, DOB, etc.

Create a password and set security questions for login.

Step 2: Choice Filling & Locking

Fill your preferred colleges and branches in order of priority.

You can fill as many choices as you want.

Lock your choices before the deadline to avoid auto-locking.

Step 3: Seat Allotment Result

WBJEEB will release round-wise seat allotment results.

Allotment is based on:

WBJEE 2025 rank

Category

Availability of seats

Choice preference

 

Step 4: Seat Acceptance & Fee Payment

If a seat is allotted, pay the Seat Acceptance Fee:

₹5,000 (for TFW and SC/ST/OBC candidates)

₹10,000 (for General candidates)

Download the Provisional Allotment Letter.

Step 5: Document Verification (Online Reporting)

Upload scanned copies of required documents for verification.

Reporting is online; no need to visit physically at this stage.

Step 6: Freeze/Upgrade Option

Freeze: If satisfied with the allotted seat.

Upgrade: If you want a better option in the next round.

Step 7: Final Admission at Allotted Institute

After the final round, report to the allotted institute with original documents and admission fees.
